COVID-19 Status Update

As an Essential Service provider we are operating to fulfill your orders as timely as we can.

We are currently all upto date on order fulfillment with the only disruption being the ongoing delays in processing and delivering parcels to the Auckland region. 

Please Note:
1/ Currently we are no longer offering Saturday deliveries, as there is no guarantee of this service being fulfilled under the current lockdown.

2/ We currently have no backlog of orders and are fulfilling them in a timely fashion.

3/ The Auckland region is currently the only region facing delays with our delivery partner NZ Post; they are at the forefront of upgrading their network; so we have no reason to change delivery partners.

4/ No Vaccine Pass is required under Red Level; Scan in and Wear a face covering.

5/ Our retail store in Christchurch will remain open for Click & Collect and retail sales under Red Level.

6/ It is HIGHLY recommended you order sooner than later as once OMNICRON starts to spread NZ Post and other logistics will struggle to keep up.

7/ If and when OMNICRON reaches Christchurch; we will implement a split-shift system to ensure not all staff are exposed 100% of the time.

8/ Like before and like any other time, if any staff member feels unwell (hangovers aside) they stay home; pretty straight forward and logical.

We are now working longer than normal hours to dispatch your orders as quickly as we can.

Please note that any logistics operation in New Zealand will be under significant pressure with reduced staff and social distancing requirements.

Your order may take 48hrs to be fulfilled and dispatched (i.e. order Sunday, it may take until Tuesday to be dispatched).

Orders placed after 2pm (weekdays) will not be dispatched until the following day; as the courier comes at 3pm daily.

International supply: we have a significant amount of new stock arriving in preparation for our move into our new building; so we are more than fine in terms of stock on hand and going forward.
