The latest developments on the impact of COVID-19 from Canteros New Zealand

Delivery of Orders: Our delivery partner CourierPost advises that it is Business as Usual under Level-2 and Level-3.
There is no impact on our customers; metro-area orders are delivered overnight by CourierPost and Rural-deliveries will take an additional 1 to 2 days as normal.
We do expect that if the lockdown continues for a period of time, the courier network will again be "stretched" but as we are classed as an Essential Service, we do not expect any issues in delivering your orders.
Logistics: Currently all international suppliers that are able to operate without COVID-19 restrictions in their country are delivering goods again as normal.
We have had to move to everything coming via Airfreight Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and this comes at an additional cost unfortunately. This is also in part to comply with new tobacco import rules set out by NZ Customs.
Overall, we are enjoying a great supply of fantastic premium, new-world cigars as always.
Pricing: As above, we are incurring much higher import-costs due to the restricted number of air traffic around the world; this you will have noticed has pushed our pricing slightly higher than normal.
However, with the strong US-dollar currently, we are reviewing pricing per shipment and if we can, we will pass on any gains that we can, as always.
